Koda [was Moose] has been with us 3 weeks. He is incredible. We love this puppy more than anything. We expected a great dog and had a high bar set for Dayle Teacup Puppies to cross. They cleared this high bar with a ton of space to spare. Everything up to the on time delivery was perfect. Not one complaint. We asked for extra videos and were given more videos. We are so happy with our puppy. The breeder did a wonderful job. He is affectionate and had a head start in training. The vet said he is 100% perfect health wise. We were very disappointed with Dayle Teacup Puppies however. We received no communication while we were waiting for the puppy to be ready to travel. No check in, no updates; I had to follow up twice to get someone to return my call. We finally heard from them two weeks before the puppy was ready saying he would arrive on Sunday. Then Saturday morning we get a call that the puppy would be there at 3pm! Thankfully we were home and ready but a day early with no notice? Once they got our money, they didn’t seem interested in providing even basic customer service.
We love our new puppy and the breeder was great. Through no fault of breeder, We ended up personally picking up our puppy (4000 mile round trip) because after two weeks from purchase we could Not get a commitment From Dayle Teacup Puppies for when transport would occur.
